Understanding and empowering humans through technology is my driving passion.
I'm a Senior UX Researcher at Microsoft, working horizontally across Windows and collaborating cross-functionally with market research, PM, design, and data science to surface deep customer insights and shape meaningful product decisions.
I bring both quant and qual depth: contextual inquiry, longitudinal studies, survey design, usability testing and metrics. I have experience working across boutique research firms, experimental psych labs, and large corporate environments like Office, Xbox, HoloLens, and Windows.
After four years growing as a research manager, I've returned to individual contributor work with a broader lens: more cross-functional reach, stronger strategic instincts, and a sharper eye for the insights that move the needle across teams.
Now I'm focused on scaling research impact through AI; working faster and wider without sacrificing the rigor and accuracy that make insights trustworthy and meaningful.
I'm always open to new connections, collaborations, and conversations.
